Emergency Travel Documents

What if you need to travel urgently from abroad without a UK passport (e.g. your passport got lost, stolen, or damaged)? In this case, you can apply for an emergency travel document.

You could try to renew or replace your adult passport if you will not be travelling for several weeks. But, you must cancel a lost or stolen passport if there is no urgency to travel.
