Try Underwater Photography, Nitrox Diving, or Wreck Diving. Any five Adventure Dives of your choice, including Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation will earn you the Advanced Open Water Diver Certification. Each Adventure Diving Course improves your Underwater Skills, and the open water dives may be credited towards the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Courses.

What's required to start my Advanced Diver Course ?
You must be a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver (minimum age: 12 years old)

What will I learn in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course ?
The Padi 'Adventures in Diving' programme provides maximum choice and flexibility, allowing you to choose the dives that interest you the most. Maybe Drift Diving ? Try the Drift Diver Adventure Dive. Fish Identification ? Try the AWARE - Fish ID Adventure Dive. Choose five of the following Adventure Dives:

How long does it take to become a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver ?
The Adventure Diver Courses do not necessarily require long classroom sessions, videos, pool skills, or a final exam. The dive lessons consist mostly of underwater training and diving adventures, supervised by your PADI Instructor, so it's possible to complete the Advanced Open Water Diver Course in just two days of diving and theory.

Do I need any extra dive equipment or study materials ?
The study materials required for the course, are excluded from the price* because many divers are now learning to Dive Online, by completing the Advanced Open Water Diver knowledge development sections, using PADI's 'eLearning' facility. However these study manuals are easily available from the Dive Shop.

The Basic Dive Equipment required for the course is included in the price. Depending on which five adventure dives you choose, you may also try out Underwater Photography Equipment, an Underwater Compass, DPVs (underwater scooters), a Dive Torch, a Dry Suit, Lift Bags, a Dive Flag/Float or other Specialty Gear.

What's my next Adventure Diving in Pattaya ?
After your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification, you may begin to focus on anticipating and preventing common diver problems related to the Padi Rescue Diver Course. PADI Adventure Dives can also count towards PADI Specialty Diver certifications. For example, if you liked your Nitrox Adventure Dive so much that you wanted to take a complete PADI Nitrox Diver Specialty Course, your Nitrox Adventure Dive can count as the first dive of that Specialty.
